Sliding window
Adopting a broken bridge aluminum structure, it features the 116 series three-track sliding window design. The lower rail has a wall thickness of 3.0mm, endowing the profile with strong overall load-bearing performance. The main profiles have a wall thickness of 1.8mm (standard configuration), and some load-bearing parts are thickened to 3.0mm to enhance wind pressure resistance.
Standard double-sided insulated tempered glass is used, with original sheets from Guangdong Xinyi. The glass specification is 5mm+15A+5mm, filled with argon to prevent fogging, and it comes with 3C certification. The glass adopts an integrally bent aluminum strip sealing process to ensure air tightness and heat insulation.
It is equipped with standard linkage screen windows, anti-fall pulleys, and 304 stainless steel rails, supporting multi-sash linkage sliding. The lock adopts a side-locking design, paired with anti-collision blocks and child safety locks, ensuring silent and safe operation.
EPDM rubber strips and wool strips form a double sealing system, blocking noise and rainwater penetration; the outer frame features an invisible drainage design to avoid water accumulation.
Fluorocarbon spraying process is applied, with optional colors such as sand gray, champagne gold, and dark coffee, which are corrosion-resistant and non-fading.
The wind pressure resistance grade is ≥ Class 8, the sound insulation performance is ≥ 36dB, and the heat transfer coefficient is ≤ 2.2W/(㎡·K), meeting the needs of high-rise buildings and coastal areas.
